Customer Care

We try to make sure we get all your inquiries answered before you purchase an animal. We don't want you or the animal not to be taken care of properly. For this reason, you can reach us at any of our social media or email at thegeckosspot@gmail.com and receive an answer within 1-2 business days. For the fastest response times, reach out to us on our Instagram or our Morph Market profiles, also located on the CONTACT page as well as the BLOG page.

For any medical emergencies, please contact your local veterinarian immediately.

Privacy & Safety

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your personal information with anyone at any time. This includes but is not limited to contact information, home address, any information shared with us, etc. 

Please ensure your safety by never giving out your personal information to social media, sketchy websites, or strangers. 

Please rest assured that any information we require is entirely and only for the purpose of getting your critter to you, and you have every right to deny us information you do not wish to give out at any time but keep in mind it may keep us from being able to send your package.

Please note that "The Gecko's Spot" will NEVER ask for your social security information, credit card information, or banking information at any time for any reason. Any inquiries of those natures are likely scammers, and please do not give them anything!

Our ONLY accepted digital payment methods are through Venmo and Paypal, where we do not need your card information.
