Shipping Policy
Shipping live animals is a pricey business. To ensure that all your cuties arrive happy and healthy, we package them in cushioning material, airflow, and via overnight express shipping. Due to the labor/material/shipping speed, we charge a shipping fee of around $30-$70, depending on where it's going and what it is.
Despite the pricey shipping, we assure you that we do not charge for more than what is absolutely necessary to ensure a safe trip.
We have explicit shipping days each week for each critter and ship from Northern Utah. You will be informed on what day your critter will ship at purchase.
While we do not accept partial payments, we do accept $50- 25% nonrefundable down payments depending on the price of the animal to hold it for 30 days for you until you are ready to complete the payment. After full payment, the animal will be shipped on the next shipping day, weather permitting.
Animals will be shipped to your nearest hub and not to your door to ensure that someone is there to receive them for their safety.
Return & Exchange Policy
If an animal arrives DOA(dead on arrival), a 100% refund, including the down payment, will be returned to you, providing you inform us within 24 of the package's delivery time.
If you decide you want to return the animal for any other reason than DOA, the animal must be shipped at your expense and received in good health before a 100% refund, excluding the non-refundable downpayment, will be given to you. Please remember that moving around a lot is very stressful and potentially fatal for the animals, so do not make a purchase you cannot keep.
